About Simone
Simone Scott-Sawyer is a legal professional turned creative artist currently working as freelance writer and journalist. Simone recently became an Amazon number 1 best-selling author on the Navigating Life Anthology. In contrast, one of 29 all-female authors shares how she navigated an extraordinarily traumatic spell in her life and managed to come through it, thereby earning the title an ‘Ambassador of hope’. She is currently chronicling her journey to date in her book, has created video content for various online platforms and has written magazine articles and mini-biographies of notable personalities at home and internationally.
What she does
A self-confessed grammar geek, Simone delights in grammar acrobatics and creating stories. She took a course in proofreading and copy-editing at the Chapterhouse School of Publishing and also completed a TV presenting course at The Presenter Studio and a voiceover course at UltraVoice [now called Rich Craft] to add to her list of skills. As a freelancer, Simone enjoys the freedom to pursue her passion and the flexibility to create highly engaging content on a range of topics that capture her interest and, hopefully, her audience. Simone vlogs on her YouTube channel, which she started to empower, share, connect, inform and engage – the ESCIE channel: SSS. Among other things, she can be found sharing her journey with the debilitating condition of Endometriosis to reach other sufferers. She can also be seen acting in support roles in various films, commercials and TV drama series.
